Request type groups panel is not displayed

Request type groups are not displayed in the request type configuration page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the request type configuration page

Expected Results

If groups are created, groups will be displayed

Actual Results

Groups are not displayed
Request URL showing https://<instance>.atlassian.net/rest/projects/1.0/subnav/sd-jira-admin-request-type-groups-subnav/unpin with a 204 status code
No errors in the logs

Workaround

Go to the Request Types, open the JavaScript console on Chrome (right-click the page and select Inspect then switch to the Console tab), insert the following at the bottom blank are and press enter
